CWCC Cancellation Policy:
Please be considerate of our staff and make any necessary cancellations over 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Our counselors keep a waiting list and their time is valuable. Cancellations made less than 24-hours prior to a scheduled appointment will result in a charge for the time you have reserved with your counselor.
Directions to our office:
Our office is located in a quaint, private facility on the campus of Mud Creek Baptist Church in Hendersonville, NC. You will find us in the brick home adjacent to the Mission Impact Center. Mud Creek Baptist Church campus is located at the intersection of Rutledge and Erkwood Drive, off of 25 South in Hendersonville.
Inclement Weather Policy: In the event of inclement weather, our office will operate on the same schedule as the Henderson County Public School System.
